Understanding cost and coverage

What you pay for ZILBRYSQ can be affected by many different factors, and cost may vary depending on your insurance plan. Your out-of-pocket expense—what you pay for care that is not reimbursed by insurance, as well as any services not covered by insurance—may be affected by your:

  • Co-pay
  • Deductible
  • Out-of-pocket maximum
  • Co-insurance

Your out-of-pocket costs can also be affected by where you receive care and whether your doctor is in-network with your insurance provider.

UCB is committed to helping make ZILBRYSQ more affordable for you

Financial support options may be available to help you pay for your ZILBRYSQ prescription. UCB evaluates each request based on individual need.

With ONWARD™, enrolled patients will automatically be assessed at the individual level to understand their coverage and potential financial assistance options available (co-pay and PAP). If approved, their dedicated ONWARD Care Coordinator will help explain the program offering and what to expect.

Your ONWARD Care Coordinator can also get you up to speed on potential financial assistance options, which may include:

Savings on ZILBRYSQ

Based on eligibility, people who are commercially insured (such as coverage through your work or the healthcare marketplace; also called private insurance) may get help with out-of-pocket costs and pay as little as $0 for ZILBRYSQ.

The ZILBRYSQ Patient Assistance Program

Also based on eligibility, you may be able to receive ZILBRYSQ at no cost for up to 12 months.
